Comfortable bed and great 24-hour reception. Restaurant needs better food options.

Unexpected noise complaints ruined fun

The location was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Plus, our interactions with the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating.

However, we faced ridiculous noise complaints for simply having a conversation. Being threatened with eviction at 2 am was a terrible surprise, especially with a baby.

after being chased by a stranger into this hotel, you'd think they would treat me like royalty, but no. my room had old crumbs, and the noise complaints were just too ridiculous—like, can you even breathe here? I expected at least a free upgrade for all my troubles, but clearly, I woudl ve been asking too much.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like a local park and a fun shopping area. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable. Don't forget to check out the pool area and take advantage of the free shuttle service.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the cleanliness of the sheets in our room. We noticed stains and had to request new ones multiple times, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of our double room, which was perfect for our large family. The staff was attentive, and they even provided a free shuttle that made getting to the airport easy. Our child loved the larger-than-average pool area too!
